Improvement of Quality and Service

Compared to the first quarter of 2016, in 2017 Milltech has improved its performances, as you can see in the underneath graphs:

Evaluating the perfect Quality 100, Milltech’s performances are all above 99 in 2017 (red line), gaining some points above the same period in 2016 (blue line).

Similarly, the percentage of the evaluation of the services to the Customer has risen from 91% in 2016 to 94%.
